At Bydee, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items in original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners firmly attached before placing them in secure packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
